October, 2007

Episode 28 - Kitty Keefe, Jim Carmody and Larry Gillespie join me to discuss Family Law case decided by Missouri Appellate courts during the month of October, 2007. The rust is obvious as we all get together for the first new episode in over a year. The recording quality is not as great as it has been in the past because of technical difficulties, but we promise we will improve with the December recording. The second half of the podcast is of a little better quality. In this episode we discuss three cases in detail. They are Hihn v. Hihn, ED89609, Hihn v. Hihn, ED89195; (two related cases) Shands v. Shands, SD28154; and State v. Salazar, SC88438. We also discuss several other cases briefly. Our next episode will be recorded December 5, 2007.
